All raw materials are organic and within 30 miles of Stockholm. Here you won’t find avocado sandwiches or tropical fruit smoothies, instead they use Swedish apples to make juices and smoothies.
They claim to be particularly good at croissants, as one of the owners originates from France, however everything at the bakery is baked with great care.
